Just a quick update to let anyone thinking of booking, We are still serving full breakfast requirements.
This includes the usual fruits, cereals yoghurt, juice, tea coffee, toast and cooked options, which include salmon, haddock and full cooked breakfast or vegetarian option.


We have been asked what our policy is when booking direct if there is a second lockdown.

we will modify our policy to allow guests to either move the booking or  have a refund should a second national lockdown be introduced.

If there is no national lockdown in place our normal terms and conditions will apply.

Getting ready to REOPEN

Like everyone we are waiting to get back to normal. We will be open as soon  as the govt gives us the green light, hopefully from july our booking engine is ready for you

If you know us you will already know that we keep a safe clean environment in which you stay. To that end we will be maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and will be adding additional features to reassure all our guests.

Please remember we employ our own house keeper and personally assist her to maintain the highest standards, we do not use agencies to clean Sandpiper

Lockdown bookings

We are temporarily changing our terms and conditions whilst travel restrictions are in place

we will not require a deposit on future bookings until travel restrictions are lifted

currently we believe they will be reviewed on 4 july

We have added special offers all the way to September 2021, simply select the date you want to arrive, add the number of days you want to stay and the offers will be automatically shown, and remember all rooms at Sandpiper now offer a reserved parking space if required, alternatively  permits can be purchased from ourselves.
