Access Statement

On arrival you will find there are 6 steps to climb, with rails either side to access the hall. The breakfast room is situated in the lower ground floor, which is accessed by 12 stairs with hand rails. All areas including bedrooms are carpeted, the en-suites are all showers with either lino or carpet. The ground floor room is accessed from the hall.

Rooms 1, 2 & 3 are on the first floor, there are 11 stairs to a half landing and 7 stairs to the first floor. The second floor containing rooms 4 and suite have 9 stairs to them, with a half landing followed by 9 stairs to the second floor.
